Indications:

Treatment of infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated micro-organisms in the specific conditions listed below:

·         Lower respiratory tract infections including pneumonia and bronchitis.

·         Urinary tract infections including pyelonephritis.

·         Skin and skin structure infections.

·         Intra-abdominal infections including peritonitis and biliary tract infections.

·         Gynecologic infections.

·         Septicemia.

·         Empiric treatment in febrile neutropenia.

·         Surgical prophylaxis in intra-abdominal surgeries.
